It's a disgrace that some soldiers are being treated so bad
Being shouted with verbal abuse which drives me mad
We all should show our support and shake their hand
Or go and buy a thank you soldier wristband
If you could donate some money that would be great
To help our veterans before it becomes to late
They fight against terror for our freedom and more
They risk their lives everyday but their wages are poor
Think how they feel watching their friends get killed
From the people they are trying to help rebuild
Out in Iraq and Afghanistan but is Iran the next one
How long will it take for all the terrorist to be gone
Say a prayer for our soldiers out their on Xmas day
And for their families who are wondering if they are ok
All the Americans show their support so why don't we
After one day out there I'll bet you would then agree
So let us fly our flags for all the soldiers to see
For our support think how happy they would be
